The huge explosion of Artificial Intelligence has been something that I’ve been silently keeping track of, studying, and reading about. I am finally ready to release a few new items through Skyfall Digital Media. So far…and I mean so far…here are the tools that I am offering to my clients:

Custom AI Chat Bot

1. A highly customizable chat bot that can be trained with any information that you want to supply it with. The chat bot isn’t just so people can visit your website and chat about your website and its content, it is also a gateway into capturing visitor information so you can hopefully convert them into a client. The one on the front end of my website is constantly updating based on my website’s current content so it can answer questions about anything that I have posted.

Use Cases

This has many uses beyond client acquisition because of the endless amount of data and types of data that you can train it with (you can also create specific Q&A sets to give people direct responses). I created the option to embed this directly into a webpage or use the typical chat pop-up. You can also create an internal “intelligent” and conversational search engine for whatever files, projects, etc. that you want to be able to quickly search through internally (not on your public facing website). You can even train it for a specific job, then reset it and re-populate it for another. The options are endless.

Custom CRM with Marketing Automation, email, and more

2. I have also created an extremely complex WordPress CRM that can be integrated into the chat bot. This CRM includes marketing automation, an email interface, statistics, a Hubspot connection, and other useful tools.
